Frequently Asked Questions

  1. 01 Can anyone drive a Street Kart?

Our karts are automatic and easy to control for regular drivers. However, licenses for mopeds or motorbikes are not acceptable. You need a valid Japanese driver's license, an International Driving Permit, an SOFA License, or a foreign driver's license with an authorized Japanese translation. For more info.

  2. 02 Do you have insurance?

Yes, our tours include standard insurance with basic coverage. However, a deductible of 50,000 JPY/vehicle applies for damages due to accidents. Customers can opt for full coverage insurance for additional peace of mind.

  3. 03 Are there carts that allow for more than one passenger?

Currently, all our karts are designed for single passengers only.

  4. 04 Do you have parking at your location?

We do not offer parking at our locations. We recommend using public transportation to ensure a stress-free arrival on time.

  5. 05 Do we drive on highways?

Our tours do not include expressways. However, the Tokyo Bay course includes the Rainbow Bridge for an exhilarating experience.

  6. 06 Can reservations be changed or cancelled?

Reservations can be modified based on availability. Changes or cancellations made within six days prior to the activity date are subject to our cancellation policy.

  7. 07 What’s the maximum number you can have in a group?

One guide can accommodate up to six drivers per group. Larger groups will be divided into smaller groups for safety, especially at the Tokyo Bay location.
