Deze activiteit vereist een internationaal rijbewijs of een ander document waarmee u op openbare wegen in Japan kunt rijden.

Let op! Als u zonder de vereiste originele documenten (zoals hieronder beschreven) bij onze winkel arriveert, kunt u niet deelnemen aan de activiteit en ontvangt u geen terugbetaling.

Lees hieronder welke documenten u moet verkrijgen en zorg ervoor dat u met deze documenten bij onze winkel aankomt.

We raden u aan om na het boeken van onze activiteit foto's van uw rijbewijs en de documenten die u heeft verkregen naar ons te sturen via chat of e-mail ([email protected]) zodat we van tevoren kunnen controleren of er problemen zijn.

Als u een reservering wilt maken voor zeer nabijgelegen data, heeft u mogelijk niet genoeg tijd om ons te vragen de reservering te controleren. In dat geval moet u zelf controleren op eigen verantwoordelijkheid.

Het annuleringsbeleid van STREET KART staat alleen toe dat u 7 dagen voor de activiteitstijd (Japanse standaardtijd) zonder annuleringskosten annuleert.

International Driving Permit (IDP) Valid in Japan

The IDP must meet ALL of the following conditions(①~⑦).
** If your IDP does not meet 1 or more of the conditions, please contact us URGENTLY. **

① The country must be a signatory to the Convention on Road Traffic (Geneva, 1949) recognized by the UN.
- Countries not listed in the following list (Mexico, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia etc.) are not a member and invalid.
② The I.D.P. must be issued by a certificated organization recognized by the country or authority.
- (AAA for USA, CAA for Canada, AAA for Australia, AA for UK)
- ** Unauthorized organizations are selling SCAM FAKE IDP on the internet. Beware of fraud! **
③ The IDP must be in the form of a PAPER BOOKLET.
- All card-type IDPs, digital IDPs, single paper IDPs and photocopies, are not valid in Japan.
④ The IDP must be issued in accordance with the Convention on Road Traffic (Geneva, 1949).
- (Most valid IDPs have "1949" written on the cover. If "1968" is written on the cover, please contact us.)
⑤ The license category of the IDP must be written as A, B, C, D, or E.
⑥ The IDP must have a stamp or mark in the B section of the license category.
⑦ The date of use must be within one year of the date of issue of the IDP AND within one year of entering Japan.

(B) the civilian persons of United States nationality who are in the employ of, serving with, or accompanying the United States armed forces in Japan, but excludes persons who are ordinarily resident in Japan.

(C)Family member of (A) or (B). And (1)Spouse, and children under 21, or (2)Parents, and children over 21, if dependent for over half their support upon a member of the United States armed forces or civilian component.

The Japanese driver's license is issued for permanent residents and mid to long-term visitors. It is not for short-term visitors or travelors.
